Call For Decency And Cooperation

I am a concerned patriot of the United States of America, and I beseech those who love our country to consider. Take heed. I've thought much about the time when we could disagree with one another, but that didn't mean that we should banish those who disagree with us from this country or even the planet. Disagreement provided us with the opportunity to grow as individuals and as a country. Disagreeing helps us see things we hadn't considered. When we approach issues with respect for others and concern for the health and safety of all people not just for ourselves, and with common decency we are upholding the American idea of democracy. We the people means all of the people, not just one individual and the very few others deemed worthy, for all of us are worthy. Without all of us we would have no United States of America. We can only survive and grow if we work together. If we accept the division that is being forced upon us by our countries "leadership," we are guaranteed abject country failure.
